Why Bamboo Beach Club?

Bamboo Beach Club was created specifically for cruise ship passengers and hotel guests who are interested in experiencing Jamaica to the maximum in a minimum amount of time. Our wonderful staff will host you, entertain you, and introduce you to island life through the use of authentic food, reggae music, traditional dance, and unbelievable Jamaican hospitality. How do I book a tour?

You can call us and book it over the phone or you can use our online reservation system. Please make sure to leave us your contact information (telephone number and/or email address) as you must receive communication from us saying that your reservation has been received and your tickets have been confirmed. If you have not received either a phone call or email from us regarding pick up information within 48 hours of booking your tour, please contact Bamboo Beach Club right away.
*Note: If your cruise ship or hotel does not appear in the drop-down menu on our order form, our tours are most likely being sold on board the ship or at your hotel. Please contact the shore excursion desk on the ship or the tour desk in the hotel to book your tour.... or contact us for more information.

Will I get my money back if the ship is late getting into port?

We refund all excursions if the ship changes course and doesn't make it to the port at all. If the ship is simply late, we will adjust our pick up times accordingly and be waiting for you at the pier when you get off. And of course, regardless of how late the ship arrived, we'll get you back to the ship in time for sailing!

What is your cancellation policy?

You may cancel your booking and receive a full refund up to two days before the actual date of your tour. Please contact us via email on our website in order to cancel a tour so we can inform our drivers and guides and refund your credit card.

How far in advance must I book?

The majority of our tours are booked 7-21 days prior to arrival in Jamaica. Some of our combination tours have limits so it's best to reserve your spot as soon as possible.

Can I book my tour the day before I arrive in Jamaica?

Yes you can, but make sure to speak with us on the phone or communicate with us through our website email so we can verbally confirm receiving your booking and give you your pick up details and information.

How do I get my ticket?

Simply print your payment confirmation receipt and give it to your guide when you are picked up at the pier or your hotel. It is very important that you also receive verbal or written confirmation from us stating that we received your reservation and your tickets have been confirmed. If you have not received either a phone call or email from us regarding pick up information within 48 hours of booking your tour, please contact Bamboo Beach Club right away.

How do I find my guide?

Once your tour has been confirmed, we will email you all meeting instructions. We will include a meeting time as well as information on who to look for at the pier/hotel, details of the sign that they will be holding, and/or the specific location of where to meet them. If you do not receive communication from us within 48 hours of booking your tour, please contact Bamboo Beach Club immediately.

What should I bring on the tour?

You should bring a printed copy of your payment information, sunscreen, a camera, and a change of clothes, if desired. If you are going to Dunn's River Falls, you need to bring a pair of rubber soled shoes – not flip flops – as the rocks are slippery and the rushing water has washed away plenty of sandals never to be found again!
